Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is believed to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
